Hybrid ATV Safety Class – Field Day
Hosted by the Stearns County Sheriff’s Office
Join the Stearns County Sheriff’s Office for a hands-on ATV Safety Field Day in Sauk Centre. This hybrid course is designed for youth riders who have already completed the required online training and are ready to apply their knowledge in a supervised, real-world setting.

Location: Sauk Centre Sno Cleats, 451 Lincoln Loop, Sauk Centre, MN
Important Information:
This is the field day portion only. Participants must complete the online ATV safety course in advance and bring their completion certificate to attend.
The class is limited to 40 students. Registration is required and spots are filled on a first come, first served basis. Each student must be registered individually using their own name.
Participants must be at least 10 years old by the class date. A parent or guardian is required to attend to sign waivers, and is encouraged to stay during the session.
Students must bring their own properly sized ATV. Machines must match the rider’s age and size, and side-by-side vehicles are not permitted.
Required safety gear includes:
• Helmet
• Eye protection
• Gloves
• Boots or closed-toe shoes
• Long pants
Dress for the weather, as this is an outdoor event.
This is a great opportunity for young riders to build confidence, learn safe riding practices, and gain valuable hands-on experience.
