When Generations Connect™ with Kelly Brinkman

Today’s workplace brings multiple generations together, each shaped by different experiences, technologies, communication styles and expectations about work. Those differences can strengthen an organization, but they can also create frustration when people don’t understand what is driving one another.

Join the Sauk Centre Area Chamber of Commerce for an engaging and interactive session with generational communication expert Kelly Brinkman of BridgeWorks. Kelly will move beyond stereotypes to explore how generational experiences influence communication, leadership, workplace expectations, technology adoption and collaboration.

Designed with local businesses and multigenerational workplaces in mind, this session will provide practical strategies to help participants:

• Navigate differing workplace expectations

• Strengthen working relationships

• Improve collaboration and employee engagement

The event includes lunch and a 90-minute presentation.

Sauk Centre Area Chamber members may reserve up to two complimentary registrations ($50 value - member benefit). Additional registrations are $10 per person (a member discounted rate). 

Chamber members receive priority registration through September 23. Registration will open to the public and members of neighboring Chambers beginning September 24. Advance registration is required.

Non-members are invited to attend. Non-member registration is $25 per person.
