Centre Mat Wrestling is a youth wrestling program serving Sauk Centre and Melrose. Through instruction, practices and competitive opportunities, the program helps young athletes develop wrestling fundamentals while building confidence, discipline, sportsmanship and a strong work ethic both on and off the mat. Wrestlers of all experience levels are welcome to learn, grow and discover their potential.
